Being nice can be a lot of work, but playing by the rules with genuine intentions can lead to very rewarding things.
Our Nice Holiday Blend pays respect to the tradition of showcasing the crisp clarity of the coffees that fill us with wonder. This deliciously delicate and elegant blend features some of our favorite coffees from long-time partners Osmin Reyes and Alex Ponce in Honduras. These are producers we know we can count on year after year who treat the earth they farm with great care and employ meticulous processing standards to create beautiful coffees that are earnest expressions of their home in Santa Barbara. We’ve paired these coffees with a washed coffee from the Jigesa village in Ethiopia to lend a little extra complexity and help accentuate the juicy fruit flavors of the Honduran coffees.
Together, this blend of coffees creates a beautiful harmony. You’ll be pleasantly greeted by soft florals, crisp notes of pear and fresh apple, and left with a lingering sugary sweetness that will make your day. You’ve been good all year, so it’s time to treat yourself to something nice.
