  • We’ll send a push notification when a reward is unlocked.
  • If you miss it, you can always log into the mobile app to check your message inbox.
  • When in our cafés, ask a team member. They will let you know if you have a reward available to use.

How do I redeem a reward?

  • When in our cafés, ask a team member, and they will apply the reward.
  • In our app, you can view and choose to redeem any applicable rewards during checkout.

How many loyalty points can I earn for each purchase?

  • You’ll earn 10 points for every dollar spent in a café, online, or on the Spyhouse Society app.

Do loyalty points expire?

  • Yes! Loyalty points expire after 12 months, so don’t hesitate to cash in those rewards often.

Are Spyhouse Society points and rewards eligible at every Spyhouse location?
