We are excited to welcome back one of our favorite coffees. Osmin’s Pacas variety has been a staple offering for us at Spyhouse since 2018, and every year when we run out, we start looking forward to drinking the next harvest.
Osmin Reyes has been around coffee for his entire life. He grew up helping on his family’s coffee farm until his father gifted him some of his own land. Osmin was excited to strike on his own. He began planting coffee, as well as corn and beans, helping maintain healthy soil. After making consistent improvements each year, Osmin began producing specialty grade coffee in 2010. He has continued his pursuit of excellent coffee ever since.
