We are excited to welcome one of our favorite coffees back to the café. Osmin’s Pacas variety has been a staple offering for us at Spyhouse since 2018, and every year when we run out, we start looking forward to drinking the next harvest.
Osmin Reyes has been around coffee for his entire life. He grew up helping with his family’s coffee farm until he was eventually gifted some land by his father. Osmin was excited to stand on his own and began planting coffee (as well as corn and beans to help maintain healthy soil). In 2010, Osmin started producing specialty coffee. He began to make improvements to his growing processes every year, as displayed in this exceptional coffee.
