Spyhouse Wins a Charlie Award

Spyhouse Wins a Charlie Award

We are proud to announce that Spyhouse has won a Charlie Award, presented by Foodservice News, a publication that covers the Upper Midwest foodservice industry. The awards celebrate both the diversity in the Twin Cities restaurant community as well as its excellence.

Chosen by peers, and a committee of previous winners and finalists after three rounds of voting, Spyhouse was honored as “An outstanding coffee house, infused with style, character, sociability, and free Wi-Fi, while serving a darn good inventory of coffee, tea, and snacks.”

The awards ceremony took place on Sunday, February 9, at the Pantages Theater, hosted by WCCO-TV’s Jason DeRusha and Morning Co-anchor Kim Johnson.

Spyhouse President Kevin Wencel is honored by the recognition earned by a collaborative team of coffee roasters, baristas, and managers. “These dedicated people share a passion for sourcing, roasting, and serving exceptional coffees, while giving their best to our customers every day. It is a privilege to work with them, and to receive this award.”

A special shout out to all Spyhouse customers who come into our cafés. You are outstanding, and without you, this award would not have been possible.
