New Lattes: "Solid Gold" and "Game. Set. Matcha."

We’re excited to introduce two new house-made lattes. Both are made with the highest-quality ingredients and sweetened with local maple syrup.

Solid Gold is a turmeric-ginger oat milk latte sweetened with locally-sourced maple syrup and a touch of cardamom, served with a black pepper garnish.

Turmeric, along with its relatives, ginger and cardamom, is mostly known for its anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits.

Living up to its name with the gold standard of healthy ingredients, our Solid Gold is made with 100% single-origin turmeric powder from Diaspora Co. Organically farmed with 4.7% curcumin and grown sustainably in the fields of Andhra Pradesh, India, Diaspora Co. turmeric is directly sourced from the farmers and double-tested to ensure quality and potency.

Game. Set. Matcha. is our matcha tea latte, sweetened with local maple syrup.

Used traditionally in Japanese tea ceremony for over a millennia, matcha is abundant in chlorophyll, minerals, and the amino acid L-Theanine (which can inhibit the jittery effect of caffeine and oxygenates the blood).

Our house-blend matcha is made with Kodemari matcha tea from Fukuoka, Japan, and is produced by Spirit Tea, ground-to-order. The tea is shade-grown and stone-ground so you get the whole plant and all of its antioxidant benefits.
