Looking back on the last 25 years, we’re feeling pretty lucky. Spyhouse wouldn’t be what it is today without the community that has grown around us: baristas, regulars, neighbors, and coffee lovers near and far. Thanks for being part of it, and here’s to 25 years of craft, community, and coffee.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re shining a spotlight on a one-of-a-kind offering from a producer whose dedication to quality is matched only by the impact on his community. We’re proud to present Ángel Arturo Paz Ramírez’s Gesha—his most prized lot and a true reflection of craftsmanship, care, and purpose.

All preorders come with FREE tickets to one of our exclusive live roasting sessions, featuring this renowned coffee. Attendees will get to follow along as we roast, ask questions, and go home with their freshly-packaged coffee that day. There are three available time slots.

Stardust
Maple and sesame shaken espresso. Served iced with oat milk. Topped with black sesame seeds and cracked sea salt.
Birthday Brioche
Fluffy chocolate brioche filled with maple pastry cream, layered with rich brownie pieces, and finished with a caramel streusel. Made by Patisserie 46.
